System Coravin
With the new Coravin system, we are able to serve you mature wines without having to uncork the bottles. Thanks to the Coravin system, the cork stays in the bottle, further protecting the contents. The rest of the wine is protected from oxidation and can of course continue to mature.
How it works: The thin, non-piercing medical needle penetrates the cork and allows pouring without opening the bottle. As soon as the needle is removed, the cork is completely tight again and protects the wine.

The car park «Altstadt» is located directly at the «Luzern-Zentrum» motorway exit. In only 5 minutes you can walk via Spreuerbrücke to the Mühlenplatz directly into the old town of Lucerne.
